Terms of Service
1: DOs and DONT's

2: Payments & Disclaimers
- Payment is due in full and up front. You will not be placed on the waitlist until you have paid.
- I will only take payments via Paypal, Cashapp, Kirke Social, VGen, or Zelle.
- Rush fees will be charged for tight deadlines/if you need to be moved ahead in the waitlist.
- A design fee will be charged for clients who do not have a reference sheet or image.
- A fee will be charged for excessive revisions.
- Prices will depend on complexity of the image.
- If you ask for a refund in the middle of the process, you will not receive a full refund. (EX: 90% refund if during sketch phase, 70% refund during flats phase, 50% refund during painting phase and 10% refund during overpaint stage. You will not receive a refund after work is completed unless it is due to my own faults: missing deadline without communications, etc.)

- I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
- Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
3: Process
- Product dimensions will generally be between 2000x2000 to 3000x3000 depending on the piece. Larger resolutions are available for a small fee.
- I will send a sketch for approval before moving on to color. I will accept one total revision at this time.
- I will share WIPS throughout the process.
- Any progress updates/WIPS will be sent as low res/watermarked until the piece is finished.
- Turnaround time is dependent on my availability and waitlist, so please ask beforehand. If you need a specific deadline, it can be discussed and agreed upon.
- Revisions due to my own mistakes are free. (EX: missing an important design element, forgetting to color a small section, things of this nature.)
- Life happens, but you will always be notified if I am falling behind on your commission.
4: Revisions
- One complete revision and any minor revisions are permitted in the SKETCH PHASE.
- Some minor revisions are permitted in the flat coloring stage.
- Revisions due to a fault of mine are free.
- It is up to my discretion what constitutes a major and minor revision based off of my knowledge on my own workflow.
5: Copyright Policy
- I as the artist retain the rights over any of my commissioned works.
- I reserve the right to post commissioned works on my social media.
- I reserve the right to stream, record and upload my process when working on your commission.
- Any characters in the work remain copyrighted to their original owner; I will never claim ownership of characters or their designs unless I am designing the character for you.
- The final product is strictly for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
- You must credit me/tag me when posting the artwork. (@tackytkk on most social medias)
- Commercial rights can be purchased for 300% of the original price.
- Credit is still required when using the works commercially.YOU MAY NOT use the artwork in any of the following fashions:
- Claiming the work as yours.
- Removing my watermark a/o signature.
- Paint over or alter the artwork in any way.
- Coloring in sketch commissions.
- You MAY NOT use my works with any AI or NFTs.
- Reproduce my works commercially without purchasing commercial rights.
6: Cancellation/Refunds
- Once the work is completed and delivered, refunds are not permitted.
- You may cancel a commission at any time, in which I will refund the equivalent of the work that is not done.
- You may not file a charge back at any time after the work is finished.
